Definition
The
module is intended as a supplement feature to an existing event. Flexible
elements in the creative development include format, content, function, and
delivery. We can work with your staging / marketing company or our own
resources to provide the necessary personnel and equipment to produce the show.
The web module does not contain budget data for designing, building, assembly,
or shipping of the stage hardware elements. However, Spectre Management can if
required, produce this and other elements such as original stage sets,
lighting, printing, large posters, backdrops, lanyards, laminated tokens, and
other hardware / software needs. |

Vision
In a
prominent area within the midway of your event is a stage set designed to the
format specification of the event. This stage exists as a prop to photograph
participants within the creative element and upload them to the Internet for
publishing. Individuals posing on the set for a picture will receive a lanyard
with a laminated token and a pin number associated with their photo. When
individuals access the "event" web site address, a page will be provided to
enter the access (PIN) code issued. They will be taken to a page where their
image is located. This page can be printed, captured and saved, or emailed with
their browser. |

Project / Production
Management
Spectre Management will be responsible for total
project management regarding the module. This includes securing a domain on
which to stage the tour web site; assemble and program the modules necessary to
publish the site; secure the server for staging the Domain; integrating the
database application and web programming used to distribute the digital images.
Database programming, setup, and web server is provided by Spectre Management.
Server space is leased for a minimum 3 month period. Server leases can be
extended to 6 or 12 months. Spectre Management will work with all 3rd party
vendors for successful site deployment. |

Creative
Spectre Management will design and
develop a professional web site suitable for your interest. We will work with
your supplied content and direction to design the site to blend with your
current theme. The Basic web site is designated as a 5 page interactive
module with substantial database integration. The 5 pages are:

A main page
This
is the main URL to the web site. Regardless of other content this page will
have the interactive PIN code to view the digital photos.
Graphical
Instruction / Help Pages
These 2 "help" pages will aid the user
on how to capture their images to their computer.
Copyright
Page
Copyright and Trademark and legal information are to be approved by
client.
Photo Page
This is the page that is built when the PIN
number is entered on the main page. It is also a theme page with Logo and
background theme. Background is not saved or printed with the picture.

The Live Events - Crew
Spectre Management will provide on site, a professional
photographer for live digital acquisition of images and a Computer Operator /
Webmaster to prepare, upload, manage, and maintain the images published to the
site.
Spectre Management will supply one high-end image editing workstation
and digital camera equipment with accessories. This equipment may be portable
or depending on requirements, designated as an On-Site system that will travel
with the show. Marketing, promotion, props and stage setup, electrical,
security, and provisions for weather are provided by the client and are the
responsibility of the staging vendor. |
| Shipping liabilities
are the responsibility of the client. Shipping to the first event and from the
last event are included in the estimated budget. Travel, Accommodations, and
Per Diems are arranged by Spectre Management. These charges vary depending on
travel requirements. |

Artwork
Artwork,
content, theme, and direction are expected from the client. Artwork is
available from Spectre Management for a fee. Original artwork is copyrighted by
Spectre Management, Inc. Spectre Management grants the client the rights to use
this artwork for publishing to this theme.
At the request of the client,
artwork may be found in the public domain. If so requested, the client will be
responsible for copyright clearance and usage charges. Any type of imagery
other than standard text is considered artwork. |

Programming
Programming, also considered
coding or authoring, is charged by the hour.
Database
Programming
The Database programming necessary to document city
and PIN code with the associated photo taken at the event is charged as a set
price relative to the estimated usage. |

Story boards and Client Review
Story boards are created to aid in client review while in
development. A web site will not be built without first creating a storyboard
approved for publishing by the client. |

Video Supplement
Videotape of a special event session involving
participants. Each video is recorded in real time with DV Cam. Some
examples may be an Air Guitar contest, sporting event, battle of the bands, any
competitive game, or any client skit / idea on video. The video segment is
edited to approximately 1 minute in length, digitized and optimized for
delivery via the Web site. The video conversion will be local to the event
(on-site systems), archived to CD media and shipped via overnight delivery for
uploading to our servers. |

contest, a poll can be taken from Internet users accessing the web site and a
"winner" selected to be in a prominent area of the web site. |

Information Gathering
Forms can be created to collect information from users
accessing the web site. These forms are customized to the needs of the client
and are considered as programming charges. |

Guest Book
The
addition of a Guest book can be used to gather certain types of information as
well as allow public feedback about your tour event. This information can be
used to create a list of email addresses of those that sign the guest book. The
guest book is closely managed by the webmaster to edit inappropriate and off
topic content. This module is highly configurable by the client. |

Postcard Software
Spectre Management can create a custom Electronic Postcard feature
that will allow users of the web site to choose specific images and message
from an image list and send them to an email address as a link. The person that
receives the "Greetings from" email clicks on a link that resides on the
event web site. This "postcard" can greatly increase traffic to the site. Up to
a total of 5 Postcards compiled from client supplied images can be used in this

Three Dimensional Interactive Photos
A very popular visual treatment in photography is 3D immersive
imagery. These images allow the web site user to be "inside" of an environment
and navigate as though they were standing in the middle. They can use their
mouse to look around in any direction and even zoom in on an area that they are
interested in. Popular uses are with real estate, automobiles, hotels and
resorts, and landscapes. |

Souvenir Tokens and Lanyards
The art department at Spectre Management is ready to
incorporate your theme graphics or to create new artwork for printing the
souvenir tokens. After printing, these tokens are laminated and ready for
lanyards. The tokens are given out when a PIN number from a photo has been
issued. |
